Kelowna Auto Loans is a referral and marketing service. We do not provide loans directly, we are not a lender, and we do not guarantee approval, rates, or terms. Any financing decision is made solely by third-party lenders or dealerships.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement. The Service is intended for residents of Canada. By submitting the form, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.

3) Your Submission and Consent

By submitting the form, you consent to:

• Kelowna Auto Loans collecting and using your information to process your request
• Kelowna Auto Loans sharing your information with trusted local lenders and/or dealerships
• Those partners contacting you by phone, text, or email about auto financing options

Submitting the form is free and does not obligate you to accept any offer.

4) Credit Checks

The first step on this Site is intended to be a pre-check. A partner may require additional information and your separate authorization to perform further checks as part of a full application.

5) Communications

You may receive communications related to your request. You can opt out of non-essential messages by following instructions in the message or contacting us at support@kelownaautoloans.com.

6) Third Parties

Partners (lenders/dealerships) are independent third parties with their own privacy practices and terms. We are not responsible for their services, decisions, offers, or conduct.

7) Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or interfere with the Service.

8) Disclaimers
